Where we deliver We deliver across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan. If you need delivery outside Ireland, please email theteam@customersupport.care before you order so we can confirm what is possible. How long it takes We handle and process orders in 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within Ireland then takes 5 to 7 days. These are estimates. If you need an order by a certain date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely. Tracking and separate packages We email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. For practical reasons, products in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. If your order is late or does not arrive Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived within the time above, email us with your order number and we will chase it. Return the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase from this website; the buyer pays return postage to the original dispatch warehouse. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the return arrives, to the original payment method or as store credit on request, and include the delivery charge paid, up to the cost of standard delivery. There is no cancellation fee and no handling fee. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until shipped; contact the store within 12 hours of a paid order. Damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete and missing orders are put right at no cost, and nothing limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.",
"content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. Your consumer rights Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law come first, and nothing on this page limits them. The EU Consumer Rights Directive, given effect in Ireland by the Consumer Rights Act 2022, gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online purchase for any reason. Goods must also match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy whatever this page says. Contact us first Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and what you would like to do. We aim to reply within 24 hours. Please get return instructions from us before sending anything back. Returns go to the warehouse your order was sent from, and our Dublin administration office is not a returns warehouse. Cancelling an order You can cancel any order free of charge until it has shipped. Most orders ship within 24 hours of ordering, so if you have paid and need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours. Once packing and dispatch have started we cannot stop the parcel, but you can still cancel under the 15 day change-of-mind policy below. 15 days to change your mind You can return a product within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, for any reason. That includes finding a better price, changing your mind, an item that does not fit, an item you no longer need or ordering the wrong item. Irish and EU law also give you 14 days from the day your order is delivered to cancel, so you always have at least that long, whichever ends later. To cancel, tell us within that time. An email to theteam@customersupport.care is enough, or you can use the model form at the bottom of this page. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. To help your return go smoothly: return the product in its original packaging; include your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to the original dispatch warehouse. You can handle the goods to check them, as you would in a shop. If they come back used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value, as the law allows. We cannot accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. Please return those through the retailer you bought from. How refunds work We process your refund 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us. By law we must refund you within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling, and we can wait until the goods are back with us or you show us proof that you have sent them. We refund the price of the goods and the delivery charge you paid when you ordered. If you chose express delivery, we refund what standard delivery would have cost for that order. There is no cancellation fee and no handling fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method, such as your card or PayPal account. If you ask us to, we can hold the refund as credit for a future order instead. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the money. Damaged, incorrect, missing or not received If a product arrives damaged or with missing parts, if we sent the wrong item, or if your order has not arrived, please tell us promptly. Email your order number and, if you can, a photo of the item and its packaging. Photos help us deal with the courier, but they are not a condition of your rights. Our team will put it right at no cost to you. Faulty goods If a product is faulty, does not match its description or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Depending on the problem and when it shows up, that can be a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We pay the cost of returning faulty goods. The 15 day window above does not apply to faults. If you believe a lifting product is unsafe, stop using it straight away and contact us. If you are not happy If you are unhappy with how we have handled a return or refund, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will look at it again. Free information about your rights is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie . Model cancellation form You do not have to use this form.
