What this covers

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage does a similar job. On this page we call both "cookies". Read this with our Privacy Policy.

Essential storage

Your browser stores your cart, the details needed to finish a checkout, and your cookie choice, so you can move between pages and keep shopping. These are needed for the shop to work, so they do not need your consent. Clearing your browser storage may clear your cart.

The site has no comments and no customer accounts, so we do not set comment or login cookies.

Google Analytics and Consent Mode

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the website so we can improve it. It runs through Google Consent Mode, which works like this:

• The Google tag loads on every page, for every visitor.
• If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, including Ireland, analytics and advertising consent starts as "denied". No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you click Accept on the cookie banner.
• While consent is denied, Google can still receive basic signals that do not use cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed. Google uses these for modelled, anonymous reporting.
• In other countries, where the law does not require consent first, analytics runs by default and no banner is shown. You can still decline using Cookie settings.

Other services

Some parts of the site are run by other companies, which may set their own cookies or storage when you use them:

• card and PayPal payments, which are taken on the payment provider's own secure pages;
• the chat assistant on our pages;
• the parcel tracking tool on Track Your Parcel;
• our enquiry and feedback forms.

Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Changing your choice

You can accept or decline at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop the cart from working.
