Your consumer rights

This page is part of our Terms & Conditions. Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law come first, and nothing here limits them. Nothing on this page excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish or EU law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Use equipment as instructed

Choose equipment with the capacity, clearance and power supply the job needs. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and your vehicle manufacturer's lifting and support instructions. Do not go over the marked working limits, and do not use equipment that is damaged.

A jack lifts a vehicle. It does not hold it up for you to work underneath. Always use correctly rated supports before you go under a raised vehicle.

No product we sell, including the medical kit and the work gloves, is a guarantee against injury or loss. Using the products safely and as instructed is your responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, by ignoring the instructions or working limits, or by normal wear and tear.

Limits on our liability

Subject to the first section of this page:

• our total liability to you for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not foreseeable when you ordered;
• we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If we cannot deliver, or a product becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full;
• we are not responsible for unlawful acts by third parties, such as fraud, theft, hacking or interception, that we could not reasonably have prevented.

Third-party claims

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these terms, misused the website or misused a product. This does not make you responsible for anything we did wrong ourselves, and it applies only as far as the law allows.

Where our products may be used

Our products are not intended for distribution or use in any country where that would break the law, or where it would require us to register there.

If you believe equipment is unsafe, stop using it and email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the problem.
