Delivery charges

All prices are in euro. Standard delivery is free when the goods subtotal is €50 or more after discounts. Below that, standard delivery is €22. Express delivery is a paid option at €22, whatever the order value. Your cart shows the delivery charge before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan.

If you need delivery outside Ireland, please email theteam@customersupport.care before you order so we can confirm what is possible.

How long it takes

We handle and process orders in 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within Ireland then takes 5 to 7 days. These are estimates. If you need an order by a certain date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely.

Tracking and separate packages

We email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. For practical reasons, products in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Parcel page.

If your order is late or does not arrive

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived within the time above, email us with your order number and we will chase it. If we cannot deliver within the time we told you, or within 30 days if no time was agreed, you can give us a reasonable extra period, and if the goods still do not arrive you can cancel for a full refund, including delivery.
